Huawei Freebuds 6 comes with improved sound, AI noise cancelling | Infinium-tech
Huawei announced Freebuds 6 with the new Pura X Foldable smartphone and these TWS earphones bring many improvements on their preceding. The buds keep the water-drop shape from Freebuds 5, but Huawei managed to reduce the stem and weight size.
These buds include a new four-magnet dynamic unit and dual driver who should reach the crisp high to 48 kHz and deep bass to 14 Hz.
Huawei improves connectivity in Freebuds 6, and these buds offer 2.3 Mbps bandwidth. Semi-focused buds and audio optimizations were designed after comprehensive research included over 10,000 people who provided unique response.
Freebuds 6 ideally will connect through Huawei AI Life App, which provides EQ options, including two modes specially tuned for these buds. This app also supports head tracking spatial audio, but it only works with selected Huawei phones and native Huawei Music App.
The waterdrop -shaped stem of the bud is 12% smaller, and the earbud itself is 9% lighter than the predecessor. Each bud has a 39.5 mAh battery, in case a 510 mAh cell is brought.
This gives you 5.5h to listen to music at the same charge, and a total of 36 hours with a charging case. This noise is without canceling; With this, the battery life falls about 20–25%.
Talking about cancellation of the noise, Huawei applied generic AI to a reduction in multi-channel noise. It provides an accurate identity of unwanted noise (in an environment with 95 DB or 8m/s in air speed) and provides clear calls in noise conditions, such as loud music, with a lot of people with sports activities, and construction work.
Huawei launched Freebals 6 with the company’s original AI agent, Xiaoyi in China. This provides features such as setting alarm, playing music, live translation and navigation.
Huawei Freebuds 6 are available in white, black and purple and cost CNY 999 ($ 140/€ 125). They are already on sale in China.
