Xiaomi’s tri-fold appears in certification listing | Infinium-tech
With Samsung and Huawei now officially boasting tri-fold smartphones in their lineup, we can expect more manufacturers to join in, and a new certification from the Global System for Mobile Communications Association (GSMA) appears to shed some light on Xiaomi’s upcoming tri-fold.

We’ve already seen several rumors about a tri-fold device from Xiaomi, including a patent listing along with some renders of the phone. The new listing reveals that the device, which may be called a Mix Trifold, has a model number 2608BPX34C.

We haven’t received any additional information at the moment, but based on rumors, the device is expected to launch in Q3, 2026. It will have top-tier specs including an 8-series Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset and triple cameras.
Based on the patent renders, Xiaomi will opt for a design similar to Huawei’s Mate XT Ultimate where the main screen folds inwards.
