During the first term of President Trump, American companies were forbidden to work with Huawei, which effectively cut off its access to Play Store and Services. Now Trump is back in the office and has started another trade war with China – so rumors are roaming that the Chinese smartphone manufacturers are looking for a backup plan, when they follow the same fate as Huawei.
Talking about Huawei, it made its platform, harmonous. And now Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo and OnePlus are allegedly constructing Google-free version of Android with Huawei.
The rumor is that Hyperos 3 will begin to do ground functions for such a step. It is not clear how much various brands will cooperate on this project or what Huawei’s participation will be.
