Xiaomi 15S Pro shows up in Geekbench results with surprisingly competitive Xring O1 | Infinium-tech
Xiaomi’s in-house Xring O1 chipset can be more competitive than expected. Initial rumors claimed that it would be equal to Snapdragon 8 General 2, but the first benchmark (if valid) placed it close to the aristocratic class.
Xiaomi has already confirmed that the O1 has been fired on the second generation 3Nm node. Hardware is not known, but leaks suggest a cortex-x 925 prime core, three A725 performance core and four A520 efficiency core for CPU and four A520 proficiency core for a imagination GPU.
Xiaomi 15S Pro Xring O1 Chipset: Description from Geekbench
Reliable leaks @Universeice And @Jukanlosreve Points to Geekbench results from Xiaomi 25042PN24C. It is important for two reasons-for one, some sources claim that this phone is Xiaomi 15S Pro, which will replace Snapdragon 8 elite-in-operated Xiaomi 15 Pro.
The second reason is the result-9,000 multi-core score and less than a high-3,000 single-core score, Xring O1 Snapdragon 8 will be slightly ahead of 9400 behind the 9400.
We have not benchmark the Xiaomi 15 Pro, but we have results from ultra. Here is reported how it compares it with the top result from 25042Pn24C:
Snapdragon custom uses Qualcomm CPU core, so keep it aside. The dimension 9400 is placed on the first-Gyne 3Nm node and has a cortex-x925 (3.63GHz), three X4 core (3.3GHz) and four A720 (2.4GHz).
According to Geekbench, the O1 has a 10-core CPU instead of having 8-Cores (we have listed the clockspids listed below). This can be a mistake, an issue with identifying a new chip. The 3.9GHz clock speed also increases a eyebrow – even the dimension 9400+ is also at 3.73GHz and the top at only one core. There are CPU core that goes up to Snapdragon 8 aristocratic class 4.47GHz for Galaxy), but different core designs behave differently, so a simple clockwise comparison is difficult. Perhaps this is the advantage of the second-jewelery 3Nm node.
Xiaomi Xring O1 CPU (According to Geekbench) | |
---|---|
Cluster 4 | 2 core @ 3.90GHz |
Cluster 3 | 4 core @ 3.40GHz |
Cluster 2 | 2 core @ 1.89GHz |
Cluster 1 | 2 core @ 1.80GHz |
In addition, GPU is listed as Amar-G925 rather than an imagination design (although it was only a rumor, anyway). Keep in mind that such early benchmarks from unknown sources are not completely reliable, but we will detect more later this week.
Xiaomi is a major event on 22 May (Thursday), with Xiaomi 15S Pro, Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra and The Feature Xiaomi Yu7 (Company’s first SUV). And this Xring O1 chipset should be introduced – perhaps not a coincidence, if the 15s Pro is actually 25042pn24C.
