vivo X300 Ultra to have a very big ultrawide camera sensor | Infinium-tech
Vivo launched the X300 and X300 Pro last month, and now we wait for the X300 Ultra to complete the family. The X300 Ultra is rumored to arrive next year, which isn’t surprising since its predecessor only went official in April.
Today the prolific leaker who goes by Digital Chat Station on Weibo has reiterated that the X300 Ultra will have two 200MP cameras – main and periscope telephoto. The main shooter will have a focal length of 35mm, and the telephoto is obviously upgraded compared to the X200 Ultra.

The ultrawide camera will have 50MP resolution and use a 1/1.28″ type sensor, which is one of the largest sensors ever used on an ultrawide. We should also apparently expect “technologically advanced image enhancement” (machine translated from Chinese), whatever that means. Maybe a dedicated processing chip? Vivo has certainly got us used to it, so this could be the latest iteration.
As per previous rumors, the X300 Ultra will have the same 50MP selfie camera as the Pro, and will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC.
