vivo to launch a new V40 Lite | Infinium-tech
Sure, we already have one Vivo V40 Lite phone, but how about two Vivo V40 Lite phones? The smartphone company has just announced that a different phone with the same name is coming, and it will launch in Indonesia.
The key features of the new Vivo V40 Lite have been posted on the company’s website, but the official announcement will happen on Wednesday, September 25.
The phone has a flat frame and an AMOLED screen that supports 120 Hz refresh rate. There is a 50 MP main camera and an 8 MP ultra-wide shooter on the back, while on the front there is a 32 MP sensor inside the punch hole.
The V40 Lite will have some image editing features, and of course, they are taking advantage of AI – background object removal, document scanning, and focus enhancement.
The V40 Lite comes with a promise of 4 years of battery life, which is Vivo’s way of declaring that the cell will be able to retain 80% of its capacity after 1,600 charging cycles. The landing page revealed that the battery will support 80W FlashCharge, which charges from 0 to 45% in 15 minutes, and in the fine print, we learned that it will have a capacity of 5,000 mAh.
We also found that the phone will have 5G connectivity, 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and its body will be less than 8mm thin and will weigh no more than 190 grams.
The Vivo V40 Lite will come in three colours: Titanium Silver, which turns green under UV light, Pearl Violet, and Carbon Black, which has some deep purple hues.
