Tipster claims the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra’s battery capacity will be less than 6,000 mAh | Infinium-tech
A recent report coming out of South Korea claimed that Samsung was planning to pack the Galaxy S26 series with SI/C battery next year, possibly with a capacity of up to 7,000 mAh. However, a tipster claims that Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra will not have a 6,000 mAh battery.
The tipster was quite confident in its claim and said that they would remove their X (first Twitter) account if the Galaxy S 26 Ultra came up with a 7,000 mAh or even 6,000 mAh battery.

Furthermore, citing five sources, Tipster stated that Samsung’s test lab has only 5,550 mAh battery. But this is probably a specific capacity because the actual capacity is 5,396 mAh.
If the Samsung Galaxy S26 gives Ultra a 7000mAh or 6000mAh battery, I will remove my Twitter account.
“Depending on my five sources, the internal Samsung test lab does not have only a maximum capacity of 5500mAh”.

It is worth noting that this tipster did not explain whether they were referring to SI/C type battery or Li-ion battery which we have on the Galaxy S25 lineup.
Even it is not completing 5500mAh. It is like 5396mAh.

Anyway, the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S26 lineup is about a year away, so it is best to wait for this information confirmed by many sources of this information. We will definitely hear a lot about the S26 series in the coming months.
