The prices of Samsung Galaxy S25, S25+ and S25 Ultra could remain the same | Infinium-tech
We are hearing rumors that the Galaxy S25 series will be more expensive than the current 2024 generation. However, a new report refutes this, saying that prices will remain the same. Note that conflicting reports may be true – price changes may or may not be seen in different areas.
Estimated renders: Samsung Galaxy S25, S25+ and S25 Ultra
As far as Northern Europe is concerned, it looks like the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra will launch at the same price as their S24 counterparts. Sources have cited prices specifically in Sweden, so let’s take a look what were theyWe will also include prices to germany Since Swedish prices are in krona.
storage | swedish price | german price | |
---|---|---|---|
Samsung Galaxy S24 | 128gb | SK 11,490 | EUR 899 |
Samsung Galaxy S24+ | 256 GB | SK 14,490 | EUR 1,149 |
Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra | 256 GB | SK 17,990 | EUR 1,449 |
If this report is true, you can replace “S24” with “S25” in the above table and the prices will be the same. Of course, Samsung will have a launch promo for what is traditionally a free storage upgrade, so at least initially, the above prices will be for the 256GB S25 and 512GB S25+ and S25 Ultra.
So, this is good news. The Galaxy S25 series isn’t bringing massive upgrades – apart from the Snapdragon 8 Elite, which is a big step up from the Exynos 2400 that Europeans got in their S24 and S24+ phones – but there are several important smaller upgrades too. For example, the smaller S-phone will eventually get 12GB of RAM (but base storage will still be 128GB), the two larger models may get 16GB in some configurations. The S25 Ultra is getting a new 50MP ultra-wide camera, with the other cameras essentially unchanged. Unless rumors of Qi2 wireless charging support spread, we won’t see any major changes in battery and charging options.
