Apple’s first foldable iPhone is due to its debut in 2026 or 2027, and today a new rumor from Korea to spread beans on the current state of engineering prototype.
Thus, the iPhone fold is called a covered display with a hole-pan selfie camera. On the other hand, internal, fold screen, interestingly, is an under-display selfie camera like Samsung’s Galaxy Z fold 6.
Apple’s foldable also sports a side-mounted touch ID fingerprint sensor, and has no support for face ID. The screen size has ever shrunk slightly compared to the previous prototype, but their resolutions and aspects are the same.
Undoubtedly, Apple still has a lot of time to nail the exact specifications for the iPhone fold, so it can change a lot (and perhaps) in the future. But it is interesting to see the company about the under-display camera route.
A previous rumor told us that the Apple is focusing on reducing the crease of the folding screen, as well as equipped with the iPhone Guna with a much more quality work than any of its contestants.
