The Infinix Note 60 Series will offer two-way satellite calling and messaging | Infinium-tech
In 2023, Infinix unveiled Explorer satellite communication technology with support for two-way text messaging in remote areas. Now the company is introducing the more advanced Infinix Satellite Communication System.
In addition to two-way text, the new system also supports high-definition voice calls. For added convenience, the system offers speaker mode and Bluetooth headset calling. Additionally, it has wind suppression that helps deliver your voice clearly even in windy environments.

The upcoming Infinix Note 60 series will be the first to feature a satellite communication system. Right now, it’s unclear whether this means the entire range or just select models like the Pininfarina-designed Infinix Note 60 Ultra.
Infinix Satellite Communications is estimated to cover approximately two-thirds of the Earth’s surface. It will reach 4Kbps transmission speed – it doesn’t sound like much, but still, it is enough for HD voice calls. Also, it will be able to seamlessly switch between cell and satellite connectivity.
Infinix says you’ll be able to use satellite connectivity without additional registration – more details to follow.
