Today, Tecno has revealed that it will officially unveil both the Camon 50 series and the Powa 8 series during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026, which will take place from March 2 to March 5 in Barcelona, Spain.
At MWC, Tecno will focus on “leading practical AI devices, connected AI ecosystems, and imaginative AI forms and designs,” whatever that means. The official press release states that Tecno’s imaging flagship line, the Camon 50 series, will “deliver a revolutionary Snap experience, offering better scene recognition, better processing intelligence and greater creative flexibility”.

Beyond photography, the Camon 50 devices will be packed with “pragmatic AI features that enhance everything from content creation to daily task management, giving users a truly intelligent and immersive mobile experience”.
The Powa 8 series, on the other hand, is designed to “balance performance and style”, combining “a distinctive aesthetic, long-lasting battery endurance and smooth all-around capability”. Tecno says these phones are “for users who want both reliability and modern design”.
At MWC, Tecno will also showcase computers, tablets and smart accessories, as well as “a series of conceptual designs and technology prototypes” that will provide “a glimpse into the future of imaging, interaction and device form factors”.
