Tecno unveils Camon 40, Camon 40 Pro, Camon 40 Pro 5G and Camon 40 Premier 5G | Infinium-tech

Tecno premiered four Camon 40 smartphones in MWC 2025, as promised. They are all focused on premium camera experience that features a large 50MP OIS primary camera.

Techno Camon 40 The 6.78-inch 1080p is the most basic member of the series with 120Hz Amoled Screen and is powered by the Helio G100 chip by MediaTek.

Camon 40 has an 8MP ultravide shooter and a 50MP OIS primary camera with an additional small camera, perhaps a depth sensor. The front camera is 32MP with a certain focus.

Camon is available with 40 8GB RAM and either with 128GB or 256GB storage. It is powered by a 5,200mAh battery which is capable of 45W fast wired charging. The available colors are two versions of black, white and Emerald Green.

Techno Camon 40 Pro Camon is a copy-paste of 40, but its front camera is upgraded with 50MP sensors and autofocus capabilities. It is available only with 256GB storage, and the color options are the same.

Tecno Camon 40 Pro 5g Camon is the same phone as 40 Pro, but with a separate processor – the dimension allows 7300 5G, for 5G connectivity, obviously, and 144Hz refresh rates on performance. Apart from the 8GB/256GB version, Camon 40 Pro is also available in 5G 12GB/256GB variants.

Finally, the most beef-up version is- Tecno Camon 40 Premier 5GThe model has a 5,100mAh battery with a 6.67-inch 1260p 144hz premium display, a powerful dimension 8350 5G AI processor and 70W fast charging.

The camera department is quite good – 50MP OIS primary, 50MP 3x telephoto and 50MP ultravide camera on the back. The front camera is 50MP imagers with autofocus.

Camon is available with 40 premiere 5G 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage, and you can choose between Black and Emerald Green Colorway.

All four phones pack stereo speakers with dolby atomos and boot Android 15 OS.
