Samsung’s tri-fold shown up close in new video footage | Infinium-tech
Last week, Samsung showcased its first tri-fold smartphone at the 2025 K-Tech Showcase. The device, which still doesn’t have an official name, was housed behind a glass display, and we only saw a few images of it in its folded and unfolded states.

When folded, we can see dual hinges located on both sides of the display. The one on the left appears wider than the other hinge on the right.

Once opened, the cover screen shifts to the right while the remaining two panels take up the space next to it. When fully opened you get a 10-inch diagonal and when viewed from the edges the device looks impressively slim.
Samsung is three-fold in its unfolding state
The Galaxy Z Trifold, which is the rumored name of the device, also gets triple cameras on the back and an external display with an LED flash that look like they’ve been borrowed from the Galaxy Z Fold 7.

The device also has a power button and volume keys on the right side. The power button also appears to have a fingerprint scanner, like the Fold7. Samsung has not shared any detailed specifications for the device yet, and we are also unaware of its exact dimensions as of now.
