Samsung is preparing two Galaxy Z Fold7 phones next year, report suggests | Infinium-tech
According to a report coming out GalaxyClubSamsung is preparing not one but two versions of its Galaxy Z Fold7 phone. A source close to the news publication shared three codenames for next year’s foldable – B7which is Z Flip7, Q7which is Z fold7 and an unknown Q7M Folding.
Given that it starts with “Q7”, it’s easy to assume it’s a Z Fold device, but the “M” designation is still unclear. The recently released Galaxy Z Fold6 Special Edition in South Korea is codenamed Q6A, so if the Q7M was a special edition handset, it should have been the Q7A. Or at least that’s what we think.
Perhaps the Q7M model is the low-cost foldable that tipsters talked about last year. Some suggest that Samsung is working on expanding its Fold and Flip lineup with more budget-friendly options, but we don’t have anything concrete yet.
