Samsung’s Galaxy Watch6 and Galaxy Watch6 Classic are now receiving the One UI 6 watch update based on Wear OS 5, after a several-month long beta testing period. The beta program ends today, along with the stable release.

Those who participated in the One UI 6 Watch beta program will get the stable update first in the US and Korea (which are the only markets where the beta program was available). The update comes in at 136MB and includes the October security patch level. This will soon expand to the Galaxy Watch5 family and Galaxy Watch4 series.

The One UI 6 Watch made its debut in July alongside the Galaxy Watch7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra. It comes with improved Samsung Health features with a redesigned Quick Panel and notification card, a new font, double pinch action, a touch-sensitive always-on display, and an AI-powered energy score.
