The Exynos 2600 is being made using Samsung’s SF2 2Nm process, which is expected to be stable for production in the second half of 2025. This process should improve performance up to 12%, power efficiency up to 25%, and is 5%smaller than it. For 3nm SF3.
Samsung’s system LSI Division is allegedly pouring resources in large -scale production of the Acinos 2600, so that exinos is not to repeat 2500 delays.
