Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra fails new drop tests | Infinium-tech
A series of drop tests surfaced last week and saw that Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is alive even after repeated drops at concrete from a height of about 5 feet 8 inches (about 172 cm).
Today we have a new series of drop tests on concrete, and these are performed with robotic contraceptives, not human hands like previous tests. These new tests leave all devices from 6 feet (182 cm).

Spiiler was in the title: The phone failed in these tests. When the front-down is dropped, the glass above the screen disintegrated, and the display stopped working completely, making the handset useless.
When it fell towards it, the titanium frame took some dents and scratches, but otherwise intact, and the button remained completely functional. Finally, when it fell backwards, the back glass shattered, but the phone remained functional later.
Corning claims that the Gorilla armor used in the Galaxy S25 Ultra would avoid drops up to 2 2.2 m (7 ft 2 in), and tested it with a “concrete -like” surface, which also means it. We feel that all these tests are slightly different, so why the results are different. Your Galaxy S25 Ultra will probably be dropped from low heights, but if you know that you are prone to leaving it high, it is best to use a good protective case.
