Samsung Galaxy S25 leaks, Poco X7 series launched, OnePlus 13 series official, Week 2 in review | Infinium-tech
We’re into the second week of 2025, and it’s already getting busy. We saw the global debut of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 series, the announcement of the OnePlus 13 and 13R, and the debut of the Xiaomi Poco X7 series.
Still, they were partially impressed by the many leaks related to the Samsung Galaxy S25 and even the official Samsung Unpacked announcement made it into the top 10 articles this week.
We got to see the Galaxy S25 series in leaked renders, some key S25 Ultra specs were confirmed and the most popular article so far this week was the huge leak of Galaxy S25 specs.
Apart from the good S25 news, a report suggested a price increase for the upcoming S25 series, which was clearly not liked by fans.
The popular mid-range Galaxy A56 came on the radar as certification revealed a 5,000 mAh battery.
We also saw the Vivo X200 Ultra thanks to the published TENAA certification.
Long story short, there’s a new chipset – and it’ll be a Snapdragon everywhere else – as well as things like more RAM for the S25 and a new ultra-wide camera for the S25 Ultra.
The lineup is expected to be made official on January 22.
Some things will change, other things will remain the same.
Snapdragon fans will be happy, others will be asking “is that all?”
Or some retailer has played a joke on us.
The date is 22 January 2025.
Don’t expect anything extraordinary.
The first renders have been revealed due to certification in China.
The starting price of both phones is less than $300.
We’ll also see the Buds Pro 3 in blue.
