Samsung co-CEO and head of mobile devices division dies | Infinium-tech
Han Jong-He, co-CEO of Samsung Electronics and co-CEO of Consumer Electronics and Mobile Division Division, died at the age of 63.
The newly appointed boss, June Young-Hune, are in charge of the Korean tech veterans amid uncertainties in chip business.

A spokesperson of the company told Reuters that Han died in a hospital on Tuesday during the treatment of cardiac arrest. A co-CEO has not been appointed yet, but someone is expected to fill his role, as Samsung traditionally has two top officials who oversee consumer and chip divisions.
June was appointed co-CEO on June after the annual shareholders’ meeting last week. He was promoted to his post leading to the semecondor division, fighting against contestants such as fellow Korean SK Hinix and TSMC.
Han Jong-A was part of Samsung Electronics for over 40 years and played an important role in establishing the business of Samsung TV as impressive globally. Their absence can affect Samsung’s business strategy, especially in marketing, as well as the performance of his home appliances division.
