Renders and specs for Motorola Razr 60 point to smaller inner display, higher IP rating | Infinium-tech
Motorola RAZR 60 has a lot of leaked around Ultra, now there is a detailed report for the vanilla model here. Rendars show it in three colors: Pantone Gibraltar C (with a “nylon-inspired” texture), pantone the lightest sky (with an acetate finish) and spring tomb.
The collaboration between Motorola and Pantone continues with the Pantone-Manic P-ULED HDR10+ foldable display within the Motorola RAZR 60.
Interestingly, it will be a small 6.7 “panel below 6.9 on RAZR 50 and 40. As far as we know, Ultra 6.9” will stick to the display, so two RAZR variants will be further separated.
We do not have an accurate measurement for vanilla razr 60, but small displays should indicate a more compact device. Does this mean a small cover display? Maybe, there is no details yet (Razr 50 had 3.6 “display, 50 Ultra A.0” one).
Motorola has allegedly managed to improve RAZR’s stability. If the rumor is true, the RAZR will be the first non-Samung to rate 60 IP48. “4” is important because it indicates protection against small particles (but not small as dust). In addition, 6.7 ”will be able to detect the touch even when the internal performance is wet.
While RAZR 60 can be more than 50 beautiful, it will be slightly larger on the 4,500mAh battery (4,200mAh on the old model) on the old model, maintaining the 30W charge rate (wireless charging details).
Unfortunately, Motorola has not done much to improve the performance of the phone – RAZR 60 is expected to use the Demisage 7400x, which is a carbon copy of 7300x inside the RAZR 50. The chipset will be combined with storage up to 12GB (LPDDR4X) and up to 512GB.
The details on the camera are rare, but it seems that Motorola will stick with the same original setup-a 50MP main with OIS (new sensor will allegedly have a better low-light performance) and a better ultra-wide camera (resolution unknown). The inside selfie camera will have a 32MP sensor.
The RAZR 50 series launched in late June, so we may be two months away from the arrival of the RAZR 60 series. We should get a clear picture in the coming weeks.
