Redmi Turbo 5 Max goes official with 9,000mAh battery, Dimensity 9500s SoC | Infinium-tech
After dozens of teasers, the Redmi Turbo 5 Max has officially launched in China. The phone comes with a massive 9,000mAh battery and is the world’s first phone to use the recently launched MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chipset.
The new Dimensity 9500s SoC is paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. To keep things cool, the phone features a large surface vapor chamber.

One of the standout features of the Turbo 5 Max is obviously the massive 9,000mAh battery, which supports 100W wired charging. The phone also offers 27W wired reverse charging and features Xiaomi P3 fast charging and G1 battery management chipset.

On the front, the phone features a 6.83-inch AMOLED 12-bit display that uses M10 luminescent material that offers a peak brightness of 3,500 nits. The screen also offers a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision support, and a 480Hz touch sampling rate.

You will get a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner along with a 20MP selfie camera on the front.
Moving to the back, there’s a dual-camera setup with a primary 50MP Light Fusion 600 sensor with OIS, paired with an 8MP ultrawide unit.

The Redmi Turbo 5 Max runs Android 16-based HyperOS 3 and has stereo speakers. It also has infrared sensor, dual-SIM support, up to IP69K rating, Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 6 and NFC.
It is currently available for purchase in China via the official Xiaomi online store in Obscure Cloud White, Ocean Blue, Sunshine Orange, and Shadow Black color options.
Pricing starts at CNY 2,499 ($360) for the 12GB/256GB option, with the 12GB/512GB model priced at CNY 2,799 ($400). Meanwhile, the 16GB/256GB and 16GB/512GB variants are priced at CNY 2,799 ($400) and CNY 3,099 ($445), respectively.
