Realme GT 7 Pro receives its first software update | Infinium-tech
The Realme GT 7 Pro made its global debut in late November, following its initial unveiling in China earlier that month. And now news is coming that the version sold in India is receiving its first software update.
This software comes over-the-air as version RMX5011_15.0.0.140(EX01) and is an 838MB download. This updates the Android security patch level to November 2024, which is nice but we are already in December.
It also updates the Wi-Fi firmware to improve compatibility and stability, improves the fingerprint unlocking experience and “unlocking success rate,” “improves battery life and overall system stability in certain scenarios,” Optimizes the camera shooting experience”, whatever that means, and fixes the issue of unresponsiveness when tapping the Settings button in the top right corner of the YouTube app (which sounds incredibly specific and thus we assume That It was quite extensive).

As always, such updates are likely to be sent in batches, so if you have purchased the Realme GT 7 Pro from India and you have not received the update notification yet, don’t worry as it is coming. It may just take a few days to reach every unit there.
