OnePlus Watch 3 goes back to a reasonable price in the US | Infinium-tech
The launch of OnePlus Watch 3 has been smoothly so far. Announced in February, it immediately went up for pre-order with the shipping date of 25 February, but its release then derailed by “Meda in China” Typo on the back.
It took OnePlus a few weeks to fix that error and then started offering clock in the US earlier this month, but $ 499.99 (vs. $ 329.99 when it was announced when it was announced). We assumed that this OnePlus had hedged against our tariffs on Chinese goods.
Now a few weeks have passed and it seems that OnePlus has not sold many units of Watch 3 in America. And so, it is now back with the third price of the device – $ 349.99. Initially, compared to what was declared, it is still an increase of $ 20, but of course it is too much, it was too tasty for more than $ 499.99 people.
Company spokesperson, Spencer Blanc, told Ruckus Earlier growth in price was due to “current market conditions”, but now on “further assessment” and with some supply chain adjustment, it is capable of dropping the price to almost its original level. Black stated that $ 349.99 is “the last MSRP value and will not be changed further”.
If you have recently paid $ 499.99 for this, OnePlus will reach you and will return you $ 150, which is a very good gesture to create in a very luxurious political environment.
