OnePlus announces 180-day replacement plan for OnePlus 13 series in India | Infinium-tech

OnePlus has announced a free one-time 180-day phone replacement plan for OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R customers in India, which as the name suggests, will offer customers a free one-time phone replacement within the first 180 days. Purchase if their device experiences hardware related issues.

The plan covers issues related to hardware components including battery, motherboard, display and back cover. To claim replacement, customers need to visit a OnePlus authorized service center to confirm replacement eligibility and receive a new device.

OnePlus says that this service will be provided at zero cost to OnePlus 13 and 13R customers, but the problem is that it will only be offered to those who purchased the device between January 10, 2025, and February 13, 2025. However, customers who purchase the OnePlus 13 can then purchase a one-time 180-day replacement plan for Rs 2,599, while OnePlus 13R users can get it for Rs 2,299.
