OnePlus Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro are on TENAA | Infinium-tech
OnePlus is bringing the Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro on Thursday, December 26 and today, the devices have been listed on TENAA with their full specs sheets. The listing confirmed the chipset and battery of both, suggesting that these would be the major differences between the vanilla and Pro. The dimensions, screen size, and cameras will be shared between the two, just like previous Ace lineup phones.
The Ace 5 Pro will have a 4.32 GHz CPU, which is confirmed to be a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. The regular Ace 5 will have the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, as evidenced by the 3.3GHz CPU clock. It looks like OnePlus will bring a 6,100 mAh battery with 100W wired charging to the Pro, while the vanilla will have a 6,400 mAh battery with “only” 80W.
Camera-wise, we are looking at a 50 MP + 8 MP + 2 MP combo on the rear and a 16 MP selfie snapper on the front. Below the 6.78″ diagonal screen with 1264p resolution will be a fingerprint scanner.
Both phones will measure 161.7 x 75.8 mm and be around 8.1 mm thick, while the Pro will be slightly thicker.
It seems that users in China will be able to choose the OnePlus Ace 5 with 12GB or 16GB of RAM, while the storage options will be 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. The Ace 5 Pro will have more options with a mix of 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.
This means the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro may be one of the cheapest Snapdragon 8 Elite phones on the market, but we believe the vanilla is the one going global in the form of the OnePlus 13R.
