New Snapdragon 8s Elite detailed, seen powering the iQOO Z10 Turbo Pro | Infinium-tech
A few days ago, we received a report that iQOO is working on four Z10 phones: Z10, Z10x, Z10 Turbo, and Z10 Turbo Pro. The last one, the iQOO Z10 Turbo Pro, is interesting as it will reportedly use the Snapdragon 8s Elite, a new entry in the more affordable 8s series of chips by Qualcomm.
And it could be – Vivo V2453A runs on Geekbench 6.1.0 with an unknown new chip. It has one core clocked at 3.21GHz, three cores clocked at 3.01GHz, two cores clocked at 2.80GHz and two more at 2.02GHz. Even more interesting, according to benchmarks, is the GPU, the Adreno 825. it matches perfectly digital chat station Description of 8s Elite (SM8735).

Note that the 8s Elite does not use Orion cores that were developed in-house by Qualcomm, but still have the ARM-designed cores that were used in the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 generation. However, there is an increase in CPU clock speed and another middle core (at the expense of a smaller core). Also, the Adreno 825 GPU is of the same generation as the Elite chip (and not the 700 series GPUs).
The iQOO Z10 Turbo also hit Geekbench (vivo V2452A), it appears to use the Dimensity 8400. Currently, only two MediaTek chips use the Mali-G720: the Dimensity 9300 and 8400. The CPU clock speeds make it clear that it’s the latter – it has eight Cortex-A725 cores (a rare homogeneous CPU), one of which is clocked at 3.25GHz, three at 3.0GHz and four at 2.1GHz.

The iQOO Z10 Turbo and Z10 Turbo Pro run on Android 15 and have 12GB of RAM on the units we tested.
Posts by D.C.S There are suggestions that apart from iQOO, the Snapdragon 8s Elite will also be used by Xiaomi for future Redmi models. The first 8s Elite-based phones should start appearing in April.
