There is a lot of discussion about the battery size of Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. Some rumors claimed that the S26 Ultra’s battery will be larger than the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s, which is 5,000 mAh, while others said it will be the same. Now, a new leak from China claims that the Galaxy S26 Ultra will have a slightly larger battery.

According to the source, Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra will have a 5,200 mAh battery. This is hardly an upgrade, but it is a step in the right direction as some of the previous Ultra models featured a 5,000 mAh battery under the hood.

It’s also worth noting that this rumor contradicts a Chinese certification from August, which revealed that the Galaxy S26 Ultra will have a battery with a rated capacity of 4,855 mAh, meaning the advertised typical capacity will be 5,000 mAh. So, at this point, we’ll have to wait for more sources to confirm the battery capacity of the Galaxy S26 Ultra to know for sure how big the battery will be.

Regarding charging speed, previous rumors claimed that the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra will support 60W wired and 25W wireless charging. The Galaxy S25 Ultra supports 45W wired and 15W wireless charging.
