New details about the Xiaomi 18 Pro surface online | Infinium-tech
The Xiaomi 17 Pro series debuted in September last year, and its successors are expected to arrive around the same time this year. Although the launch is still a few months away, fresh details about the base Xiaomi 18 Pro have now surfaced online.
According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the Xiaomi 18 Pro may have a battery with a capacity of 7,000mAh or more. This is an upgrade to the existing Xiaomi 17 Pro’s 6,300mAh cell.

The handset is also said to support wireless charging, have an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, and come with a full waterproof rating.
The tipster has reiterated a recent claim that the Xiaomi 18 Pro may launch with two 200MP rear cameras, which include a 200MP primary sensor and a 200MP periscope telephoto lens. In comparison, the current model offers a 50MP main camera.
Previous leaks have revealed that Xiaomi will retain the rear display seen in the 17 Pro lineup. The upcoming series is also expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s yet-to-be-announced Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 SoC.
