MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ is here with a minor prime CPU core frequency bump | Infinium-tech
The much awaited MediaTek Demistance 9400+ is now official, and as required, it is a slight improvement at 9400 that was launched last year. In the CPU of 9400+, an arm cortex-X is seen in the 925 core up to 3.73 GHz, more than the 3.63 GHz of 9400.
Therefore basically, it seems that 9400+ is a high-bin 9400. While the NPU 890 is still inside, it now comes with a 20% faster agent AI performance with speculative decoding+ and easily transforms the traditional AI application to the developers to “sophisticated agentic AI application” as “Agent AI” does not miss the initial 2025 and meditech of “Agent AI”.
They all have differences from 9400. So you are still receiving three Cortex-X4 core and four Cortex-A720 core, support for LPDDR5X RAM at a maximum frequency of 10,667 Mbps, UFS4 storage, SIB6 5G, GPS/Bdu/Glonus/Galonus/Gallelo/Gallelo/Nevis/Navis, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi. With 12 Mbps peak data rate, the maximum camera sensor resolution of 320 MP and 8k60 video recording, as well as WQHD+ resolution and support to display 180 Hz refresh rates. Amar-G925MC12 GPU is also unchanged.
Both find Oppo X8s and find X8s+ uses dimensions 9400+, and the upcoming Vivo X200s will also be.
