iPhone 17 Pro Max’s battery capacity rumored to be larger than its predecessor’s | Infinium-tech
The iPhone 17 Pro Max will come with a larger battery compared to its predecessor 4,685 mAh cell. Today, according to a new rumor outside China, the iPhone 17 Pro Max will finally be the first iPhone to reach 5,000 mAh.
As you know, it is recently a default capacity for flagship Android devices, when Chinese brands started using SI/C batteries, thus taking them to the past from that limit, while Samsung and Google have been satisfied to live around 5,000 mAh mark, now.

During Apple’s iPhone Pro Max Line, every new generation increased the size of the battery with them, apart from the iPhone 14 Pro Max, which was actually a slightly smaller cell than the iPhone 13 Pro Max.
