Huawei Freebuds Pro 4 in for review | Infinium-tech
Huawei launched the Mate We’re looking forward to our longer tests, but before that, let’s take a look at what’s new with Huawei’s new flagship audio wearables.
Our FreeBuds Pro 4 come in black, with gold accents on the case, hinge, and buds. We can also see the Huawei Sound logo (formerly called Histen) on the side, which was not present on the predecessor.
Talking about the previous generation, the Pro 4 keeps the same size of the case and buds as well as the battery capacity, but is significantly heavier.
Huawei has made clear improvements to sound quality and connectivity, and we noticed these changes within the first hour of use. According to the official press materials, the buds should deliver booming bass of 14Hz and clear treble up to 48kHz.
We will need time to determine whether these changes will make sense for use in real life.
Huawei has set the price of the FreeBuds Pro 4 at €200. It is said to have impressive noise cancellation, new gestures, and better tuning, and we’ll take our time testing all of these features.
