Honor once again rumored to give the Magic V6 a higher-res main camera | Infinium-tech
Back in September we heard that Honor was going to introduce its upcoming Magic V6 foldable smartphone with a 200MP main camera, which is part of a more general effort for all future high-end devices.
Today a new rumor from Weibo confirms this, reiterating that the Magic V6 will indeed have a 200MP camera. Furthermore, today’s source claims that all upcoming Chinese foldable devices will have at least a 200MP camera.
Honor Magic V5
The Magic V5 was unveiled in July, so its successor may still be a long way off. According to the previous rumor, the Magic V6 will use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC and a 6,900 mAh or 7,200 mAh battery.
The 200MP main camera will reportedly be joined by a periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. The Magic V6 will apparently also have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and an ultra-thin design.
