Honor Magic V5 to come soon with huge battery increase | Infinium-tech
The Honor launched Magic V3 with a slight battery growth on its predecessor, but its successors will go further. According to the listing on MIIT and 3C, Honor Magic V5 (Magic V4 is expected to leave) will have 6,000 mAh cells.
The foldable battery will have two cells – one of the 2,070 mAh capacity and another 3,880 mAh, for a total of 5,950 mAh rated. This is probably the minimum capacity, with more than the specific 6,000 mAh.
The phone, model number MBH-AN10, will support 66W wired charging just like the previous magic V phone.
“Magic V4” is expected to leave “Magic V4” due to superstition around number 4. Instead, it will go directly to the magic V5, which is something we have seen repeatedly from the Chinese smartphone manufacturers.

The last two repetitions of the top-tier foldable were launched in July and the global audience was later unveiled at IFA Berlin. Logic suggests that the same will happen this year, but we should not be surprised by the earlier release.
