Honor GT Pro launched with overclocked Snapdragon 8 Elite and 7,200 mAh battery | Infinium-tech
Honor added a pro variants to his gaming-centric GT series. The Honor GT Pro is a top level flagship with an overclock Snapdragon 8 Elite Chipset, four 50 MP camera and 90W charging a 7,200mAh battery. It remains to be seen whether the device will make its way out of China, so we can only see from a distance for now.
The Honor GT Pro has a 6.78-inch LTPO OLED with FHD+ resolution and 1–144Hz variable refresh rate. The panel is rated to 6,000 knots peak local shine and includes the giant rhino glass of Honor for the added durability. The GT Pro also receives an embedded ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and an IP68/69 rating.
The Honor designed the GT Pro with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite (leading version) chip, with an overclock prime -oron CPU core and a GPU that runs on 1.2GHz. This is the same prime CPU and GPU frequencies as 8 elite chips found in Samsung’s Galaxy S25 series. The SoC is paired with 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB storage (UFS 4.1).
The GT Pro has an IMX906 main, 3x telephoto (IMX856), and four 50MP cameras with a 120 degree ultravide at the back, while the front has a 22 mm selfie shooter tuck inside a punch-hole cutout. The software side is covered by Magicus 9.0, based on Android 15.
Honor GT Pro comes in gold, white and black colors. Pricing begins in China CNY 3,699 ($ 505) The top is for 12/256GB version and top CNY 4,799 ($ 656) For 16GB RAM and 1TB storage models.
