Here’s when the next Xbox might drop, according to AMD | Infinium-tech
If you’ve been patiently waiting for the new Xbox, AMD may have hinted at how much longer you’ll have to wait for it to appear. During AMD’s earnings call, CEO Lisa Su said that work is underway on a semi-custom SoC that will be used in the console.
With AMD’s current schedule, a 2027 launch should be supported. However, clearly the final decision rests with Microsoft. This most likely means that there is almost no chance of seeing the next Xbox before 2027, but Microsoft could push it even further.

Microsoft and AMD have launched a strategic multi-year partnership to co-engineer silicon for the entire Xbox ecosystem. Microsoft has previously revealed that the next-generation Xbox hardware will focus on a more premium experience, as well as support multiple form factors.
