Google’s Gemini is coming to your car and Wear OS smartwatch | Infinium-tech
Google CEO Sundar Pichai has announced that the company is working on bringing Mithun into your car and smartwatch. It will reach the east via Android auto and later wear OS. Pichai also mentioned bullets and headphones, upgrading from Google Assistant to Gemini “late this year”.
Here is their full quotation from the Q1 Income Call of the Google original company alphabet:
We are upgrading Google Assistant to Gemini on mobile devices, and later this year we will upgrade tablets, cars and equipment that connect with your phone, such as headphones and watches.
No other details have been provided, but it is definitely not surprising. Google has invested a lot of time and money in Gemini and so it was always a matter of some time until it reached every device and platform, where Google is in charge of software, and is going to happen right.
Unfortunately, in the right Google fashion, there is no real time to speak here – “later this year” must have the company’s favorite phrase. We will tell you when more information will be available.
