Google announces Pixel 9a with Tensor G4 | Infinium-tech

Google has officially announced the cheapest entry into the Pixel 9A, Pixel 9 series. The new model starts from $ 499/INR 49,999 and will be available in April.

Pixel 9A has the same design language similar to other Pixel 9 series devices. The front has a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 panel that mixes in flat aluminum frames with flat edges. The rear is a flat polycarbonate panel, which completes the outer like the slab. It departs considerably from the round edges of its predecessor, Pixel 8A. The phone for dust and water resistance now conforms to IP68.

Pixel 9A has a 6.3 -inch polling display with 2424×1080 resolution and up to 120Hz refresh rates. The new display is capable of brightness of 1800 NITs in HDR content (measured in 100% display area) and 2700 NITS peak brightness (measured in 5% display area). The display supports HDR but with a limited 8-bit color depth. The display also has an optical fingerprint reader.

The Pixel 9A Titan M2 runs on the new Google Tensor G4 chip with the security option. It comes with the choice of 8GB memory and 128GB or 256GB internal storage as standard.

The phone also gets a re -working camera system. The old 64 MP unit on Pixel 7A and 8A has been replaced with 48MP F1.7 cameras with quad PD dual pixel AF and OIS. It is capable of recording videos in 4K up to 60fps. The ultra-wide camera, however, has a 13MP F2.2 unit as before. Similarly, the front 13MP camera from 8A is also done and is still limited to 4K videos on 30fps.

However, Pixel 9A provides some new photography features. This is the first A-series phone to receive the macro focus option, which lets you capture the details from the up. It is also the first A-series phone to facilitate Google’s astrophotography facility.

Pixel 9A has a 5100mAh Li-ion battery, which has a 30+ hour battery life claimed. It has “fast” wired charging (23W) as well as Qi-Vyirless charging support.

Official affairs

Pixel 9A comes out of the box with Android 15, with all the new AI features of Google in the tow. Along with other pixel devices, it will receive a seven -year OS and security updates from the launch.

Pixel 9A comes in four colors, obesidians, porcelain, iris and peony, however, will not be available every color in every color.
