Dimensity 9500 specs leak: all-big CPU cores, monster NPU and other improvements | Infinium-tech
MediaTek is working on its 2025 flagship chipset and it seems that it is going to be a demon, based on the information shared by Digital chat stationThe chip will be fubbed on the N3P node of TSMC (9400 and 9400+ N3E) and will have all the large CPU core architecture, as well as a more powerful NPU.
According to the leakster, this CPU configuration will be in Demitten 9500: 1x Travis + 3x Alto + 4x Galas. We do not know what is Alto, but Travis and Gelus are core from the Arm from the next Cortex-X and Cortex-A7XX core as you can see in this roadmap from Wikichep:

Alto is not a small core, Nevis is the new Cortex-A5xx, so it can be amended by one of the old A7xx core. For Travis, the rumor is that it will be seen over 4GHz.
Anyway, the chipset will have 16MB L3 cash and 10MB of system level 10MB. This will support LPDDR5X RAM (up to 10,667Mbps) and 4-lane UFS 4.1.
The GPU will be an Immortalis-Drag that will reduce better ray tracing and low power consumption.
AI processing will be accelerated by NPU 9.0, which is expected to give 100 tops. There is no official number for 9400, but some reports have placed it on 50 tops, although we have seen high number.
PS. Digital chat station It was teased that MediaTek would soon release a distance of 8450. As a distance of 9500, it is probably coming in October or November.
