Canon announces PowerShot V1 and EOS R50 V vlogging cameras | Infinium-tech
Cannon has announced two new Vlogging-centric cameras, point-and-shooting powershot V1 and Mirrorless EOS R50V.
Powershot V1 has a new design adapted to general as well as selfie shooting. It contains a certain 16–50 mm F2.8–4.5 zoom lens that can cover 17–52 mm in the video (due to additional crop). The camera uses a new 22.3MP 1.4-type sensor, with a cooling fan to enable dual pixel CMOS AF II and prolonged video recording for the powershot. The camera can be used for video calls and livestreams with a PC on USB connection, and canon can work wired or wirelessly with a smartphone using the camera connect app.
The next EOS is R50V. This new design is also adapted to videos with a dedicated livestream button, a tipi screw hole for a recording button and portrait recording in front of the camera. The R50V uses RF-Mount and compatible with all canon RF lenses, including the newly launched RF-S14-30mm F4-6.3 IS STM PZ, the first RF-S lens with power zoom functionality. The camera uses a 24MP APS-C sensor with dual pixel CMOS AF II and Digic X processor. It can shoot up to 4K in 60fps with a crop and YCC 4: 2: 2 10-Bits. It also supports Canon Log 3 so that you can match it with Canon’s Cinema EOS line.
Canon Powershot V1 costs $ 900. The EOS R50 V costs only $ 650 for the body and $ 850 STM PZ lens with RF-S14-30mm F4-6.3. Both cameras will be available in April.
