Apple to replace the iPhone 17 Pro Max with a 17 Ultra, report claims | Infinium-tech
Allegedly, Apple is preparing to launch an iPhone 17 Ultra this year. But we have heard that first one, at least one or two times. There were rumors just before the iPhone 15 and the iPhone 16 series claimed that Ultra would either change Prof. Max or sit on top of it. Now, the same rumor is back.
But according to a report Boat The blog will replace the upcoming iPhone 17 Ultra Pro Max. The claim supply chain stems from market analysis, suggesting that Apple is preparing to launch a phone with new hardware features. For example, Ultra will possibly adopt a small dynamic island, and, given the amount of orders, it is not enough to cover both Pro and Ultra.
The report also reported that Ultra would be the only one to adopt a vapor chamber cooling system, and will have a larger battery than last year’s Prof. Max. As a result, it will also be thick.
This may look like a stretch for some, but keep in mind that Apple is using ultra designation for some of its products, such as Apple Watch Ultra or M3 Ultra Chip. Additionally, by offering an iPhone Ultra with sufficient hardware upgrade, Apple Leave provides a leway to increase the price of the phone and potentially increase the profit margin.
Nevertheless, it is a little early to mention whether the report is correct, but we will monitor the story as it moves forward.
