Amazon introduces Kindle Colorsoft Signature Edition with color e-ink display | Infinium-tech
Amazon secretly unveiled a total of four new Kindles, with the most notable addition being the Kindle ColorSoft Signature Edition – the brand’s first e-reader to feature a color e-ink display.
This includes the second-generation Amazon Scribe that brings several new AI features, as well as new Paperwhite and entry-level Kindle models.
Kindle ColorSoft Signature Edition
The Kindle ColorSoft Signature Edition features a new light guide with nitride LEDs, which Amazon claims will deliver paper-like colors with great contrast. This would be great for reading comics, viewing photos, and highlighting words with different colors.

The new Kindle Scribe gets an active canvas that retains book notes when the layout or font size changes. Amazon is now offering its premium pen stylus that has a soft tip. Pricing is set $399.99 Shipment will start from December 4th.
Kindle Paperwhite (2024)
The Kindle Paperwhite gets a 7-inch E-Ink panel with new oxide thin-film transistors, which brings better contrast ratio for sharper text. Amazon’s best-selling e-reader gets 25% faster page turns and is completely waterproof.
