These two smartphones will mark Acer’s return to the market | Infinium-tech

Acer is returning to the world of smartphone, and today we learned the first two tools to be launched on 25 March. They are called Acerpure Acerone Liquid S162E4 and Acerpure Acerone Liquid S272E4, and yes, these are the real names.

Both devices have entry-level specs, including a six-year-old chipset by MediaTek.

The device will have a waterdrop notch for 6.5 “LCD and selfie camera with HD+ resolution. The chipset is Helio P35, which is coupled with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage. The camera will carry 16 MP sensor, while the front-face will carry 5 MP.

The phone has a 5,000 mAh battery and USB-C port. We know that OS will be Android 14, and the phone will also have FM radio, Bluetooth and a hybrid dual nano sim slot.

S162e4 will come in only one color – blue. The volume on the right side of the power is under the rocker, and it seems that it will double as a fingerprint scanner due to its flat surface. We have to learn the price yet, but believe it will be less than $ 100, which is not more than INR 9,000.

Here, the LCD diagonal is 6.74 “, which places HD+ resolution and waterdrop notch behind the 5 MP camera. Talking about cameras, dual combo on the back includes 20 MP main shooter.

Interestingly enough, the chipset of S272e4 has another less powerful CPU. Its model number is MT6765x, which is actually Helio G36, announced “only” two years ago. RAM is once again 4 GB, while storage is 64 GB. The S272e4 also comes with a 5,000 mAh battery and Android 14.

We are not sure that these phones are Acer products. They are more likely licensed products by an ODM, which aims to capitalize on the popularity of Taiwan’s brand. Once the equipment is launched on Amazon, we will know more on 25 March.
